I feel better this morning having heard from a couple of East Coast buddies, knowing they're all safe, if highly inconvenienced by winds or rains.

Here the weather has been super hot although we had  a slight reprieve yesterday, dropping several degrees. Family told us it was 11C and raining in UK (Midlands), so yes, we're trying to enjoy every second of our Summer.

scones with jam and whipped cream... and making them with Miss 3
.
a 15yr-old hookah smashed, from our honeymoon
.
pizza along the promenade
.
reading (The Pillars of the Earth) at the beach
.

Have a wonderful week my friends.
